Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Hyperseek. By creating an account or submitting a track, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Hyperseek lets you upload music and submit it to AI curation models that listen to the audio and return a score, a verdict, and feedback. Tracks that clear a model's bar may be placed on Hyperseek playlists, including connected playlists on other platforms.

Beta

Hyperseek is a free beta and is provided as is. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may add pricing in the future, and if we do, we will make that clear before it applies to you.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and able to form a binding agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure.

Your content and the rights you grant

You keep all ownership of the music, artwork, and other content you upload. You are only submitting content you have the rights to submit.

To run the service, you grant Hyperseek a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process your content, including automated and AI analysis of your audio. If a track is accepted, that license also covers including it on Hyperseek playlists and any connected Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Music, or YouTube playlists, along with basic details such as title, artist name, and artwork. This license exists only to operate and promote the service and ends when you remove the content or close your account, except for copies we must keep for legal or backup reasons.

You represent that your content does not infringe anyone else's rights and that you have cleared any samples, features, or other rights it contains.

How curation works

Scores and verdicts are automated outputs generated by software. They are opinions, not guarantees. We do not promise acceptance, placement, accuracy, exposure, streams, or any particular outcome. Placements are limited and competitive, and a track may be rotated off a playlist over time.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have the rights to.
• Do not submit anything unlawful, hateful, or harmful.
• Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service or its scoring.
• Do not misrepresent who you are or who made the music.

Our intellectual property

The Hyperseek name, brand, models, and software are ours. These terms do not give you any right to use them except to use the service as intended.

Termination

You may stop using Hyperseek and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or to protect the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hyperseek is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Indemnity

You agree to cover claims and costs that arise from content you submit or from your misuse of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Hyperseek after that means you accept the new terms.
